How do I find a mechanic near me?
Enter your postcode or allow location access on the dashboard. We'll show you verified providers within your chosen radius, sorted by distance and rating.
Is it free to use for customers?
Yes. Creating an account and booking a provider is completely free. You only pay the provider's service fee.
How do I know the provider is trustworthy?
Every provider on Bolu Car Fix goes through an identity and document verification process before they can accept jobs. You can also read verified reviews from other customers.
What happens if something goes wrong with a job?
You can raise a support ticket from your account dashboard. Our team reviews every dispute and will contact the provider on your behalf. Where appropriate, refunds can be issued.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking before the provider is en route. Once the provider is on the way, cancellation charges may apply at the provider's discretion.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently support card payments via Stripe. Cash payment options may be available with select providers — this will be confirmed at booking.

How do I register as a provider?
Click "Register as a Provider" on the homepage or login page. Complete the two-step registration — business details, documents, and profile photo — then wait for approval. Our team typically reviews within 24 hours.
What documents do I need to register?
You'll need a valid ID, proof of business, and any relevant trade certifications (e.g. ATA, IMI, or similar). For towing providers, vehicle registration documents are also required.
How much does it cost to join?
Bolu Car Fix offers a free Starter plan with limited active jobs. Paid plans (Professional and Enterprise) unlock unlimited jobs, advanced analytics, and reduced commission rates.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are credited to your Bolu wallet after each completed job. You can withdraw to your registered bank account at any time from the Wallet section of your dashboard.
What is the commission rate?
Commission varies by plan: Starter (15%), Professional (10%), Enterprise (8%). All rates are displayed transparently in your subscription settings.
Can I manage my availability?
Yes. You can set yourself as Online or Offline from your provider dashboard at any time. You can also set operating hours in your profile settings.
